10% rail wear compatible! Long stroke type rail clamp
Rail wear up to 10% (up to a maximum of 12mm) is supported! Can be used for preventing crane runaway. A wide lineup with maximum gripping force from 20 to 120 tons.
The "Rail Clamper" is a safety device that directly secures the rails to prevent outdoor cranes from derailing in strong winds. <Features> ■ Supports rail wear up to 12mm Conventional rail clampers could only accommodate rail side wear of up to 2mm. The long-stroke type can now support rail side wear of up to 12mm (Note 1). Note 1: This applies when the shoe is new. If the shoe wears 1mm on one side, it can accommodate rail wear of up to 10mm. ■ Follows the undulations of the rail in all directions Lateral undulation of the rail: ±30mm Vertical undulation of the rail: ±25mm It can follow within the above ranges. ■ Remote status confirmation via various switches You can remotely check the status of the rail clamper using detection switches for release and temperature switches for hydraulic oil. ■ Compact design with integrated hydraulic unit The hydraulic unit is installed in the main body of the rail clamper, so no separate power source is required.
